If you feel that you need to return a product please contact us through the "Contact Us" link. We accept returns on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping and handling charges. All returns must receive authorization prior to returning. Please email or call us to receive that authorization. Refunds will only be honored after the item has been returned to us for inspection. We will then credit you for the return shipping amount and send a replacement item or issue the refund.
Refunds and Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
We will do our best to find a solution; however we can refuse the return, that decision will be final. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Orders may be placed via our website or phone. Orders are processed in the order in which they occur. Items listed on the website are typically in stock and will ship typically within 48 hours. If by chance an item is out of stock we will contact you to and advise you of the delay and give the estimated shipping time. At that time you will be asked whether you would like to continue your order or cancel it. Our shopping cart calculates shipping through the United States Postal Service.
